The roles of Support for Learning
- Teaching individuals or groups within the classroom or the Support for Learning base
- Co-operative teaching alongside a Class Teacher
- Consulting with staff to discuss strategies and resources for children with barriers to learning
- Liaising with other professional or outside agencies including occupational therapists, educational psychologists and behaviour support staff
- Supporting staff development in areas of support for learning such as Dyslexia and Autism Spectrum Condition
