Hi all,
P.E. is on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Please ensure your child comes to school dressed for P.E. (outside) on those days.
Homework is handed out on Monday and should be handed in on Friday. This week, there will be spelling, reading and numeracy. The numeracy homework is revision of addition and subtraction chimney sums, including regrouping and exchanging.
Mandarin with Miss Sun is on Wednesday afternoon.
⛳️ On Tuesday the class have a workshop to learn about a former Scottish golfing champion, Tommy Morris.
📨 Some of the children received a letter yesterday about a race on Saturday 18th September, the children were asked if they would like to take part and only those who did, received a letter. Please can this be returned on Monday.
🎷 Mr Walker, the brass teacher, spoke with the class on Thursday about the opportunity to learn a brass instrument. Parents/Carers should have received an email about this already and this is just a reminder that registration for it opens on Monday. Please note that P7 do have priority over P6, as they were unable to take part last year, so this may mean there could be limited spaces for P6 pupils.
